Maybe the Vaccine is being taken by the elite politicians and medical professionals. I was always skeptical about them being in on the conspiracy and double standards. Either that or the adrenal chrome has worn off and stopped functioning. We aren’t seeing trump with any dementia he’s as crazy and ornery as ever.
AH, THE LOSS OF INDEPENDENCE! Such a truly frightening time for some seniors, but if they sat down with loved ones and explained their feelings on both sides. Family to PROTECT NOT PUNISH, seniors understanding it is another phase of life again not a punishment but to help. There are still many joyous things ahead for us stop fighting, enjoy the rest of your time!
DIPS (demons in power) will never retire. They are destined to die in power. But like the supreme court justice RBG, God will let the DIP stay as long as s/h/it likes and good will come out of it when the DIP finally kicks the bucket. Because of RBG's hubris Roe was finally relegated to the trashcan where it belongs.
And Holy Scripture bids us never to gloat over the misfortunes of our enemies:
Proverbs 24
17 Rejoice not when thine enemy falleth, and let not thine heart be glad when he stumbleth:
18 Lest the Lord see it, and it displease him, and he turn away his wrath from him.
When praying about the evildoers in power in this world, I try to balance the perspective of Psalms like the one you quote above with Psalm 69:
22 May the table set before them become a snare;
may it become retribution and a trap.
23 May their eyes be darkened so they cannot see,
and their backs be bent forever.
24 Pour out your wrath on them;
let your fierce anger overtake them.
25 May their place be deserted;
let there be no one to dwell in their tents.

Vengeance is not mine, so I pray the evildoers will repent and be forgiven, but if they insist on continuing their current path, see Psalm 69:22-25.

Most public servants are mental as they seek to control the population for which they pretend to serve.
