If a (relatively) isolation can reset peoples' immune systems so that they are newly susceptible to childhood diseases like RSV they would previously had an immunity to, why isn't the life expectancy of people released from the prison system incredibly short (because they would have been isolated from childhood diseases for years and sometimes decades)?
