So as per this PDF, vaccinations (1 or more doses) are at least 92% (aged 91.6% aged 12+, even higher over 18). Meaning unvaccinated is 8%
The 3-D bar chart you presented has unvaxxed at 28%.

Looking at PDF, there is a link to Covid19 Daily Dashboard. Click on vaccinations. It shows vaccination rates for 18+ as 1-dose 93.3%, 2-dose 89.3, 3-dose/boosted 71.2%. So, I think the unvaxxed for the 3-D graph is no vax + 1-dose + 2-dose and the vaccinated as 3-dose/boosted. However, for the other bars in the graph the totals seem to be separated by lumping any vax at all into the vaccinated category. Just a guess looking at the info. It would be great to get clarification.
Ran some numbers off of the data on pages 30, 36 and 42 for cases, hospitalizations and death for bar graphs and numbers are derived from unvax=no doses. Vaxed=1,2 and 3 dose/boosted. So, number to be defined is the vax status % as per Jim R
Right. The PDF states that hospitalizations are 4x higher for unvaccinated vs. 2-dose vaccinated. But without a proper calculation from the data, we can't verify. I'd also note that "hospitalizations" in this report are "with" Covid not "from".
