We live in a world whereby the higher the pay grade, the more dismissive we are of grossly atrocious behaviour.
A young lad robs a drug store and will end up in jail for his 'judgement error'. Meanwhile America's top paid bureaucrat can be largely responsible for economic, and personal carnage on a global scale and is treated as if 'he probably should have known better'.
This stinks to high heaven, and a drastic change is needed if we are to ever consider ourselves civilised.
