Hmm...IDK - don’t think I can agree unless there’s more. That definitely used to be my take - but 2 bold moves deserve a new evaluation of who the man really is today.
#1 - once Trump became the official ‘16 party candidate, Ted buried their spat from the Primary race & became a supportive team player for Trump. That caught my attention! Ted put doing what’s right above politics - instead of getting lost in his ego like most politicians do. Most of those who go after Trump used to come to him for donations, support, etc. - & they are so clearly jealous of the man because Trump has more honor, vitality, & integrity than they could ever hope to - so they join their group of bruised egos & creepy liars to try to prove he is as corrupt as they are. But as Trump is not corrupt - they can’t get him on merits - so they hate him for being the real deal, even more. Story as old as time! Cruz understood it was more important to stand together & get conservative goals accomplished rather than hold onto some petty spat. That stood out as admirable & selfless!
#2 - on January 6th - when most Republicans were doing their usual CYA - cut & run - don’t fight back - don’t fight the good fight because it might be hard - just run for cover so the mean Left won’t attack me - (can you say Pence, Christie, Barr, & on & on ....???) But that day, 1/6, as many who were supposed to be standing up for us, but were instead making themselves very small, basically hiding, - there was a small group of Band of Brothers conservatives that stayed strong, & in so, stood out! Ted Cruz practically stood alone in a rejection of certifying the electoral votes that day for AZ (& I believe PA as well). He took a lot of heat simply asking for a recount & discussion on proof found on coter fraud. That moment separated the men from the boys! And it proved how few men are currently holding office - but there sure are a whole lot of boys - jealous, scared, petty little boys!!!
I’ve been liking this Ted Cruz. I think he knows how serious this is and that we must unite & fight together to keep a free, God-fearing USA,or it’s over. That is what we need all our party to do - it is what we want all R-reps to do - ALL - stand strong & firm TOGETHER - behind POTUS TRUMP! That is the only path that gives us a chance to save this nation! 🇺🇸

We are the marks, Cruz, Jordan, McConnell, hannity etal are the coolers (the person that guides the marks anger, deflect that anger from the con artist) the con artists are the deep state guys like the bushes and Biden. Now congress will do nothing g as that would be interference. So now that counsel will investigate for a year and a half and come up with nothing. They are now all including the coolers off the hook. A Senator can act on a Presidential bribery charge only AFTER the House of Representatives impeaches the President. Ted Cruz speaking out is doing all he can to force the House to act. It would be wise to learn the Constitution and understand the powers granted by it. The entire Health and Human Services Department along with the Department of Education, along with hundreds of other federal alphabet agencies are unconstitutional, ILLEGAL! The powers illegally exercised by those departments belong to the respective states and the people thereof.
Yes I heard that initiating prez impeachment is houses role, yes we are all learning how our government is suppose to operate. I admit, took it for granted most of my 40+years of voting eligibility.😊
