All this as the legal profession, both lawyers and judges, are either ignorant or are ignoring the repeal of the Rule of Law for rule BY law. The former protects the people from executive prerogative with enshrined inalienable rights while the later aids and abets a return to absolute power held by an exogenous financial and corporate executive that now controls the puppets in elected office and by extension all govt institutions and related NGOs.
