Shedding is 100% real and happens. I've had nose bleeds, skin rashes, and brain fog after close interaction with the vaxxed and boosted. My inflammation goes right up. The question is how long does the shedding last? Hopefully it is only a short time frame (weeks) and as people stay away from boosters things will improve.

At the risk of being attacked, here I go again.

I wear an n95 mask with two k95s over it when in grocery stores, church, doctor’s offices, etc. (I refused the vaxx long before it was released.) I’m never out for long and take the masks off once outside.

But I credit my mask protocol as sparing me thus far from the symptoms you and others mention when near the jabinated.

Before anyone goes nuts and tells me I’m oxygen deprived, insane and causing more harm by masking, you need to know I don’t care what you think. I almost died from a DVT at 21 and have rationally concluded the far greater risk is to be affected by shedding.

So far, so good.

So, yeah, I’m a die-hard anti-vaxxer who deals with the annoyance and aggravation of not one but three masks when out.

And I’ve had no bleeding nor cramping nor immune flair ups as my reward.

I don't think your masks are helping you. Please read the studies. I am sorry you are living your life in fear.

Well, what you think may please you, but what I’m not experiencing in terms of shedding pleases me even more. It’s not an act of “fear” anymore than, say, not taking a damaging vaccine. It’s called assessing risk and acting on it.

I’m doing what’s right for me.

You do you.

Have you been to the dentist? What about that close contact you can't wear a mask at?

Yes, it wasn’t fun. But no Covid, thankfully.

But what if mRNA transfected by dentists.. we won't fully ever know

So that’s why I’m meticulous with my home dental care.

We make do during times of Democide 😉
