Look into probiotics for the teeth specifically. We got them for our dog and I was just doing more research on it for a friend who's had sensitive teeth that would break. It helps to remineralize the teeth. Vitamin C is also very helpful for the teeth.

You can order online or even look for similar Mi Paste , they may have in Europe , both recommended by some dentists
