I do find many who retain an healthy skepticism about things in general on a private level.
However, I also find that if they are forced to choose between staking their professional reputation and going against the herd or remaining silent they will remain silent most of the time (unless it's something very critical like a safety issue).

I have been trying to help him, I am x-nurse who crossed over to the natural side, I suggested D-dimer test but he is too afraid to bring it up to the doctor. Can live cell microscopy show any signs of the micro clots?
