Bill would have required over-60s to present proof of triple-vaccination against Covid-19 by October 1st unless they had a medical exemption. People between 18 & 59 would have required a consultation
OMG this is really good news. I hope the domino effect ripples through Europe (including Italy, where I have the misfortune to live in ) - I really am so very happy to read this news.
Well, we need confirmation AND this does zero to combat the businesses and other venues who themselves are requiring proof of v🪓 for entry or services.
An unV friend living in Germany until last month could do literally nothing except groceries and pharmacy. Had to have proof of negative test for so many things and some things still not available, if I recall correctly.
The overt detestation for the unV was palable. And my friend said most Germans were too arrogant to realize they are repeating the fascism and discrimination of 1930s. They believe that since they have experienced it before, they will recognize it when/if it reappears.
So while this defeat is a good and important one, it is BY NO MEANS a falling domino. Not until the other mandates are made to go away.
Well, it's not really dead, it's only a temporary break...
Our autocratic vaccine acolyte/health minister Lauterbach already said today after the vote that he wants to try again to impose a general compulsory vaccination (for 18 years and up) during next fall. The reason: he expects cases and deaths to go up, which will make it "necessary" to introduce restrictions, and "the unvaxxed are therefore holding the rest of the society as hostages" (he literally said it like that during a speech a few weeks ago... it's crazy). The liberal parties who voted in favour of the bill will obviously back our health minister again.
Nevertheless, I guess that by then either
1) they try to push another booster for all age groups (which I think is a reasonable expectation, since the effectiveness is steadily declining over time) which will make more people angry about this corona scam,
2) the virus might have escaped as GVB says and the failure of the vaccines becomes evident;
3) maybe (and I hope not) the side effects start getting worse and cannot be denied further, so that people also wake up.
So I am quite optimistic that in the worst case, we (and other countries maybe as well) might only face one more winter of insanity, which should be enough to wake enough people up so that this madness is finally stopped.
As long as the WHO Pandemic Treaty is a thing, and countries sign it, this is at best a short-term pacifier.

WHO the hell do they think they are...
Could this be the first domino? 🙏

They have postponed the genocide of older people? I wonder why...

According to eugyppius this is correct: https://www.eugyppius.com/p/vaccine-mandate-decisively-defeated?s=r
It is the WHO Treaty that will reinstate all. See bailiwicknews.substack.com. We have an uphill battle.
That’s great! Now can we stop CA from requiring it for children to attend school?
What is the source please?
