THere is only 2000 FUs of Nattokinase per two caps of this product. That seems on the low side if someone is dealing with a spike issue.... I would think 4000 FUs at a min per day, but the therapeutic dose for destroying the spike protein may be 4000s FU three times a day/// Does anyone really know?

I agree. Nobody knows right now, more research is in the works. For me I take 4000 flu’s daily , I take one in the morning and one before bed. All in all you can’t go wrong as this is a safe supplement and great for the heart. Nattokinase is one of the Japanese secrets to optimum health.

Maybe, care should be taken using FU as an indicator of the effectiveness. The Natto NKCP product I use do not use FU at all. They state:

The effectiveness of Natto Extract products is often difficult to compare because there is no standard test for products that help to optimize blood viscosity. Many companies marketing nattokinase compounds measure the enzymatic activity of their product in Fibrinolytic Units (FU), making the assumption that the effectiveness of these enzyme supplements lies solely in the degree with which they can break up fibrin. This is misleading, however, because:

1. Fibrinolysis is just one of the in vitro activities of nattokinase. In vivo, it can have

differing activities and functions.

2. Fibrin is an insoluble protein and does not allow formation of uniform suspensions or plates.

This makes it unsuitable for a substrate for quantifying enzymatic activity. It should therefore

only be used as a substrate for qualitative analysis.

3. Fibrin suspensions or plates have a network structure, and so it is unclear whether the

enzymatic activity is associated with the degradation of the network structure or that of fibrin

monomers.

4. When fibrin is used as the substrate, the reaction proceeds in a logarithmic manner against the enzyme concentration. Thus, a linear standard curve is not obtained, resulting in an accuracy problem.

5. When fibrin is used as the substrate, reactivity is likely to vary according to the enzymes

used. Because there are multiple types of nattokinase, standards for all of these types is

necessary. (Current analysis is based on a certain standard product of unknown origin.)

For these reasons, instead of giving the activity of NKCP in FU, Daiwa uses two other methods to determine activity, which results in a much more accurate assessment of their product:

The label says suggested use is 2 capsules twice per day, so that would be 4000 FUs.

I’ve reac that NK can also help with blood sugar and weight stabilization. I’m a healthy Type 1 Diabetic struggling with my numbers and getting my weight down. Would it be safe for me to take NK? I’m unjabbed but am around the jabbed often and would like to protect myself.

I have started on Natto NKCP, mainly due to age + possible spike contamination via shedding. But, in the same paper referenced here it states:

One key question that has not been adequately addressed is the mechanism by which NK is absorbed into the bloodstream after oral administration. There is no current convincing data available to demonstrate the bioavailability and metabolism of NK administered as an oral dose.

In fact, several groups have pointed out that the molecular size of NK is considered to be generally too large for oral absorption through the GI tract. It is recognised that NK may be susceptible to chemical oxidation and subsequent inactivation, or denaturation, in the GI tract. Thus, further studies are required to fully understand the pharmacokinetics of NK.

-Since the molecular weight of the Nk molecule is 28 kDa, yet drug absorbtion of molecules heavier than around 500 Da is poor in the intestinal tract - how does it get into the body???

There is no definitive evidence that these products have any effect on the so called vaccine injuries and it is a pity to witness some of the principal warriors in the war against Covid hoax and mRNA assault using blatantly obvious advertising techniques to sell an unknown quality product to desperate damaged vulnerable people before they know if they are and use. They mat do the job as stated but it is not known yet before proper trials on what ever was injected into people .

It’s good to detox the spike, obviously, but who can reverse the changed DNA back to its original form? No one.

Surely everyone shoud take this product anyway, whether jabbed or not? Spike from past SARS-CoV-2 persists in organs long term and there is also the issue of shedding that many people are concerned about. Why is the product apparently only being marketted to the jabbed? Is it because the manufacturers would not be able to keep up with demand if it was marketted more widely?

How long do you take this for spike protein detox?

Hazel, I would say this needs be taken forever, especially being around the vaxed who shed. Yet, not a bad thing since this supplement is great for heart health.
