I just bought the spike supplements. I will add them to my daily regimen. I see a blood sugar supplement and Im wondering if my husband could take those, he's on 5mg of blood pressure medicine so would the supplements interfere with that? His blood sugar is at 5.9 which is not good and Im really trying to help him lower it with a diet change.
