Have you had your Vitamin D3 level checked? What is considered 'acceptable' is the lowest you can go for efficacy: around 30 or 40. The sweet spot is between 60-80. It becomes toxic at 100 or more. I've been ok. Also keep up my Zinc, Vitamin C, and multivitamins. Lots of water.
