The missing piece in this paper is the application of a sub-optimal vaccine (COVID vaccine) when there is circulating virus, high infectious pressure; they write disregarding the elephant in the room

Thus, despite the absence of sterilizing immunity, COVID-19 vaccination saved millions of lives, likely mediated by cross-protective antibodies and T cells against conserved epitopes. To end the pandemic, the goal is to reduce the size of the viral reservoir. I listen to a radio program called the Good Day Health Show which is hosted by a very naive Doug Stephan.
He frequently has a cardiologist on his program who spouts the mainstream narrative about the "vaccines" being safe and effective, and that the Buffalo Bill player who dropped dead on the field did so because his chest was thumped. His name is Kenneth D Kronhaus, MD.

I'm not sure this is correct. Stanley Perlman and others prove you can't clear a respiratory infection without a T cell mediated response.
As Sucharid Bhakdi has pointed out, T lymphocytes and natural killer cells attack pathogens (and when these pathogens are systemic, as opposed to in the mucosa like in respiratory infections, they can cause irreversible damage).
So much like the misleading science Fauci has promoted over the last few decades, there is too much focus on antibodies.
Furthermore, there is no distinction here between igG, antibodies in the blood that DO NOTHING for respiratory infections, and igA, or secretory antibodies, in the mucosa, which can do something to fight respiratory viruses. Of course Fauci and the gang are only measuring serum antibodies, or igG.
Let's go back to first principles. And the first is that we know very little of the human immune system so we should stop playing God.
The jabs were never meant to induce sterilizing immunity. All the carnage, death, variant genesis, immune suppression was by design.
