NAC is in capsule form which you can open and put in milk. They smell, but it is a essential nutrient!

Pfizer and the mRNA Big Pharma pushers don't want people to boost their immune system. They would like to take over the supplement market and reduce your ability to get these essential nutrients.

I took all of these to beat the virus. I won with out drugs! Only nutrients!

You are very correct. Remember the FDA/CDC they wanted NAC pulled. They also wanted to pull vitamin D a year or so ago.

B6 too- a bit further back- but that is not on THIS list.

The last time I was sick was in 2017 after I was talked into getting a flu shot! Never again

I am UNVAXXED take quercetin vitamin D zinc vitamin C And have not worn a mask for over a year and I’ve not even had the sniffles…

Thanks Doctor Alexander for your tireless efforts to help mankind!

Great list Dr. Alexander, although with the caveat that the D is better obtained [and fully absorbed] if via the sun.

And, if the D [a hormone, not a vitamin] IS ingested as a supplement, it should be taken with a LOT of fat otherwise you will get no absorption whatsoever. I have toast with lots of goat's butter slathered on it for breakfast when I take my D3-K2 daily. And I take full fat 42% cream in my [organic] coffee [just a teaspoon will do it].

Also, NAC can't be taken indefinitely but from my reading, should be taken in sessions. Best to take it for a few weeks and then taper off and give yourself an NAC rest. It's hugely effective but there are side effects from larger doses.

Do a lot of reading and figure out what amounts are right for your body type and weight.

Re Zinc, I'm reading it has to be paired with a tiny bit of copper to be effective. Zinc will reduce copper in your body if you take it on its own. That's why so many zinc supplements are paired with a very small amount of copper.

Unvaxxed, I have taken quercetin, zinc, vit c and d for 2+ years. Not sick one day since the plandemic started. I believe I had covid July 2019 while cruising in the no Atlantic💖💖🥰

Thank you Paul, I take everything on the list as a protection against viruses and illness, I'm 70 but I feel 50, LOL also I'm unvaxxed. :)

Vitamin K2 should be added to the recommendations. Its neccesary for the body to properly utilize vitamin D, and both supplements have synergistic effects on each other (^1 "The Synergistic Interplay between Vitamins D and K ...").

Please add K2 (K1 might as well be included, as they usually come together in Vitamin K "complex" supplements).

Likewise, I will echo the sentiment of the other replies, calling for copper supplementation, to be added go the recommendation-list. Copper being neccesary for the body to properly utilize the Zinc acquired via oral supplementation.

The neccisisty of Vitamin K2 supplementation, in conjunction with Vitamin D supplementation, is grossly under-represented (and underappreciated) in the various COVID-19 treatment protocols/regimens that I seen published on the web (thus far).

Agree, I use K2 with D3

Absolutely, so do we!

Zinc can be taken for three months alone and then should be supplemented with a copper blend.

Was hesitant to take vitamin K as increases clotting , but that's likely only for bigger doses . Taking Vit d only from sun in summer but will look Into Vit D,k for winter.

Thanks!

Here is another indicating correlation between K2 levels and COVID-19 illness, as apparently COVID-19 depletes the body's K2 levels (in specific K2 subtypes):

Thanks, will read this link whilst on beach today soaking up vitamin D!

I know many recommend k combo and I would haven taken already, but want to be sure if doesn't add to clotting issue in those doses too, I have factor V Leiden ( heterozygous) and though I don't need anticoagulation Rx aside during pregnancy , long airplanes, I wouldn't want to be increasing clotting risk.

Certainly thats something to be considered; maybe coadmistration of an anticoagulant, such as aspirin, may be a good idea.

What is the best copper supplement and where to buy in your opinion? Thank you.

Expand full comment

I use Zinc -copper blend from trusted AOR in Canada from the health store. But it only has 15 mg zinc, so if during infection I would switch to zinc at 50 mg or maybe more for few weeks and back to this for maintenance .. but you can ask at health store and they will help you, or online ... think Mercola might even have for sale.

Many companies out there, I try to pick the top so less fillers etc , but probably not necessary .. but I make sure my natural products have an NPN number for extra safety.

Costco , Walmart , and pharmacies may even have.

Very telling that Public Health Departments gave no instruction on such simple immune boosting information. None that I know of any way. It is as if all was forgotten about our healthy bodies being able to protect us from the harm of pathogens. Immune system is a miraculous built in super protector if we give in the raw materials it needs. Thanks Dr.Alexander!

I initially started taking it because a South African doctor mentioned that none of his patients on NAC had gotten Covid. (Apparently some immunocompromised people take it as a preventative.) He was on YouTube, reaching out to other colleagues to see if they’d had similar observations. I researched it at the time and couldn’t find any reason not to take it. Then, Biden tried to get it off the shelves so I knew it must be working.

Overweight, June 21 I was CV "positive" and Vit D deficient. I began the "zelenko" esque protocol, with extra D3, and have since added the NAC. It's taken a over a year to build up D to normal range. I highly recommend it all and source non-chinese products

This is the protocol we have been following except my husband quit his and got covid! I made him start taking it again while he was in the hospital and I also got Ivermectin since I am an asthmatic and I was worried about me getting it. I kept taking mine but being in close proximity with him got a cold that lasted a week. We had to take him to emergency for his breathing and thought it was something heart related, but they did a covid test before admitting him and he was positive. They were so busy at the hospital they never completed the heart tests and said they would have to be done outpatient. They tried to give him remdesivir and he told them he would not take it and they didn’t push it anymore. All they did was give him an antibiotic for three days and didn’t send him home with anything else! So apparently since he wouldn’t take the death is near protocol they didn’t make their covid for $$$ on him.
