I think letting our bodies heal and keep us healthy is the first defence. No matter how advanced we are we can’t compete with the intricacies of our bodies and its ability to heal. Supplements are massive doses of usually one single nutrient ignoring the intricacies and balance of nutrients, vitamins, minerals, phytochemicals etc as contained in the actual plant. For example a beta carotene or vitamin e supplement contains a single type, but there is alpha, beta carotene etc. a fruit has a balance of all the different types which our bodies evolved to use and a supplement doesn’t give us that intricate balance. Some supplements may be helpful if you’re already very sick etc. but it would still be in addition to having an optimal diet, exercising regularly, getting enough sun, sleep and keeping low stress. That is the lifestyle for health and detoxing from everything in our toxic world including the newly created filth like covid spike.
Studies free of bias and influence from big pharma and industry show that an optimal diet for health and longevity including looking young and vibrant and staving off western diseases like heart disease, stroke, cancer, diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, dementia, auto-immune etc. is: a whole food diet (no processed factory food) high in vegetables, fruits, legumes and whole grains. Low in (or no) meat, seafood, alcohol and no dairy or eggs.

Yes, I heard Dr. Peter McCullough talk of a product they have that degrades the spike protein.

20Mar2020 – Learned that our Alberta hospitals were EMPTY and decided to publish. The feared "tsunami of Covid patients" never arrived.
21Mar2020 - Published that the Lockdowns were not justified and would be net harmful. No rational, informed person disputes that fact now.
4Oct2020 – World experts published identical conclusions in their Great Barrington Declaration.
8Jan2021 – Advised my governments to NOT release the dangerous, toxic Covid-19 injections. No rational, informed person disputes that fact now.
The most credible senior physicians want to end these toxic injections.
WHY WAS THIS COVID-19 “PANDEMIC” A SCAM?
Data showed the virus was only fatal to the very elderly and infirm – not younger people. The full-population lockdowns were never justified.
No significant “Excess Deaths” in Alberta or Canada in the 12 months ending 1Jul2020. No Excess Deaths means no serious pandemic.
Hype was identical to the Climate (CAGW - Catastrophic Manmade Global Warming) scam.
CAGW scam was proved false in 1990, 2008 & 2013 – CO2 changes LAG temperature changes. "The future cannot cause the past."
