After all is said and done a government injecting death is a government (compartmentalized of course) willing to use terror to obtain it's goal. The State is rogue. Unaccountable.
Is there a difference between terrorism and the use of specific tactics that exploit fear and terror by authorities normally considered "legitimate"? Nations and states often resort to violence to influence segments of their population, or rely on coercive aspects of state institutions. Just like the idea of equating any act of military force with terrorism described above, there are those who equate any use of government power or authority versus any part of the population as terrorism. This view also blurs the lines of what is and is not terrorism, as it elevates outcomes over intentions. Suppression of a riot by law enforcement personnel may in fact expose some of the population (the rioters) to violence and fear, but with the intent to protect the larger civil order. On the other hand, abuse of the prerogative of legitimized violence by the authorities is a crime.
But there are times when national governments will become involved in terrorism, or utilize terror to accomplish the objectives of governments or individual rulers. Most often, terrorism is equated with "non-state actors", or groups that are not responsible to a sovereign government. However, internal security forces can use terror to aid in repressing dissent, and intelligence or military organizations perform acts of terror designed to further a state's policy or diplomatic efforts abroad.
Unlike many people I have no difficulty thinking the State is capable of great evil. However the actors do not view this as evil but necessary for the greater good. For unknown reasons we are persuaded that the evil States do is only overseas.
This specific Administration is quite illegal. A coup government. To hold and have power they must create fear. We are rationalizing beings swayed by emotions.
And considerable scientific research has been done to better understand how to use emotions to reach desired outcomes.

Given the fact that the DOE pedophiles have infiltrated our kids schools and are desensitizing them with porn and filling their curriculums etc with LGBTQ propaganda. Their brains are like putty and teaching them its ok to transition to the opposite sex without parental consent. Then why not radicalize and drug a couple of 18 y/o's, give them high-powered weaponry and plenty of ammo and send them into a school or grocery store to kill innocents. The current administration has the goal to cancel the 2nd amendment & disarm Americans. They could very well set up a crisis that they won't let go to waste.

You're not far off. I am used to gathering anecdotal statistics but for some reason I never saved the info I came across from parents that accused the FBI for trying to hire their mentally sick kids for their dark operations. There was even one such case this year and I still didn't save it. From now on, I'll be tracking those events too.
Look up Gary Webb. After being fired by San Jose Mercury News for his Iran Contra story he worked for the Sacramento News and Review. He was working a story on active shooter video games and military recruitment before - ahem-killing himself.

Nobody knew what was happening until 1995 (8 years after the end of Reagan's era) when Consortium News (D.C.) broke out the story. From there on, many News outlets started digging into it and that's how Gary Webb came into the picture trying to elucidate the Iran-Contra mysteries (mystery to the public only)!!!
Testimony in Federal Court in San Francisco was reported by Webb in regards to mini submarines in the Bay delivering cocaine for the Contras.
