It's the depth of dishonesty to show an old picture of a little African boy in a UK school uniform when the knife-wielding killer of three little British girls and selfsame knife-attacker of several other children and two adults is a crazed man who turns 18 next week and appears to be an adult in the courtroom sketch illustrating the report.
