Like Roe v. Wade and its reversal (as well as the war on drugs and quite a few more matters of congressional overreach), that should require a constitutional amendment.

The right to life is part of constitution.

And natural law we're going thru chastistement of deathvax etc because America , western nations thought it would mock God and kill babies.

Section and Clause? I think you refer to the Declaration of Independence. The C(capitalized - "constitution" means make-up, see the DoI)onstitution mostly refers to "Persons", which it says have an Age. Get someone at least twenty-five Years since conception, but less than that from birth at the time Office will be taken, to run for Representative. Let me know how it goes.

Remember that a constitutional convention could bring a new constitution without a declaration of rights, turning our constitutional republic into a totalitarian democracy resembling a dictatorship.

Prohibition (supposedly ARTICLE XVIII; yeah, even the totalitarian dictatorship once thought it needed an amendment) required no "convention". Not that it matters; your vaunted constitutional republic became a totalitarian dictatorship at the end of 1913, though not cemented until it blew JFK's head off 50 years later.
