A simple explanation is that the Middle Eastern world saw that they have had it better since Trump came on the scene and got the Abraham Accords going. The accords are beneficial to all. And I think the less crazy countries in that area want peace more than the Iranian Mullahs do.
It seems that most of the Arab world does not side with the Hamas approach of psychotic behavior. Good for them. Perhaps now there will be a good chance for reproachment, if Saudi Arabia and other wealthy Arab States rehabilitate GAZA and even police the Gaza strip
