My personal physician who is board certified in Family practice, Internal Medicine has bailed out and now has a group practice with another like herself, Chiropractic, and Naturopathic Dr's + ARNP. I got sick with a stomach issue and they kept me out of the hospital with their treatment. Natural treatments and dietary changes. I'm completely well. She no longer takes health insurance of any kind. She sells wellness packages. They got me & many others through Covid with early treatment. We have great insurance but I don't use it. I believe if enough people wake up and go this route, it would be a wake up call.
Insurance with their lobbyists have bought into the corporate scam and are in on this whole scheme with big Pharma. They own our Dr's and our hospitals.

I once used it because it was needed for escape with my life from a very run down hospital after an accident. Hospital and doctor of choice. I need escape insurance.
The only reason why I took it out in the first place because I thought that un undiagnosed condition I had might require it. I took out the insurance then made a doctors appointment and my suspicion was correct. It was serious, often for many requiring hospital. At that time they said a 15 year life expectancy that was about 30 years ago.
Expensive treatment was available which I didn’t understand or trust. Instead I did some research and discovered physiology and the importance of the 90 odd essential minerals, vitamins, fats/oils, good protein and bad protein, food combinations etc and how to maximise absorption of these essentials.
Horticulture is a good start. The study of soil science is very important. From this we can understand where our nutrition comes from. Sydney Cove was first settled because of the Tank Stream and the abundance of earth worms indicating fertile soil ecosystems. Joseph Banks, Botanist, of the ship Endeavour, recognised the importance of citrus and vitamin C to get rid of scurvy. They knew way back then more than we give them credit for.
Also the distribution of essential minerals through out the world varies like a marbling effect. Some areas have better deposits. Diet and lifestyle play an important part. The people of Okinawa demonstrate this with their longevity. The Australian Aborigines put me on to tea tree oil and eucalyptus oil which is now needed. I think God provides. Modern Medicine, to me, is looking more like sorcery.
The FDA are working themselves out of a job. If Big Pharma can put to market vaxxines or other drugs, without being tested, what the hell do we need the FDA for? To make sure their paperwork was done right?

I use their L-Theanine. I've been extremely satisfied. It's the only one I've found in 200mg dosage. I have tried 100 with no luck. I despise buying 2 bottles for more $ than 1 of the correct dose costs.

They are paid with our tax dollars. Yet Big Pharma and some, can come in thru the backdoor and have their way. Not just FDA and the like but the others too. FBI, CIA, DHS, the list is long. Imagine the tax dollars that could be used for, as they were meant to be used for in the 1st place, and how we could really help people. 1st the swamp has to be completely drained.
