Ivermectin is also a powerful anti-viral, which is why it works against Covid-19.
I have read that Ivermectin can be applied topically for large animals, presumably for skin infestations, but why would you consider that for Covid-19 in humans? You cannot control the dosage that way.
It is Spike Support. But this is for residual free floating spike after infection and injection. Ivermectin is a true antiviral and prevents binding of the spike with your ACE-2 receptors and is more effective during infection. On the other hand, Natto (the main ingredient in Spike Support) has shown to dissolve spike. In addition, McCullough references a research report where Bromelain also has the same properties. Consequently, he recommends the added supplementation of 500mgs of bromelain and 1,000mgs of "liposomal" curcumin. One note on that, the curcumin that was used in the study is called HydroCurc and is a patented formula that states it is more bioavailable. However, any capsule that utilizes this "inferior" form of liposomal form will never be as good as a true liposomal liquid form. Many of the better ones available have 200mgs a day dosage, which has shown to be as effective as 2,500mgs of capsule or powder form. So I would just stick with the true liposomal form and the recommended dosage. Curcumin is for the associated inflammation in long covid and jab injured. If you don't have any real symptoms and just want to rid your body of any residual spike you may have, you might leave it out. But it is a good supplement to have regardless.
One thing that the Wellness Company has been remiss on, is the guidance for term of use. I have asked Dr Alexander and McCullough many times for an answer and did not get a direct response. However, I contacted the company and spoke to one of their staff pharmacists. She thought for those that don't have any residual symptoms, a 2 month course would be sufficient. Recently, McCullough has mentioned for those with real symptoms, a 3-12 month course is likely needed. Hope that helps.

If you are prescribed it during infection, the most likely daily dose is 0.6mgs per kg of body weight. So 12mgs would be for someone 44lbs (20kgs).
