I think much more research needs to be done on the shedding involving the spike proteins. I've thought Natural immunity worked against the shedding of the so called virus itself, which I understood to be the spike protein being the issue. In the meantime avoid unnecessary products and continue to detox and cleanse our systems as much as possible until we know more.

I think it is fair to say that some of us just realized from the start, both intellectually & intuitively, that the most effective self-protective strategy would be to support/enable optimal immune function by 1) avoiding or opting out of the interventions being shouted through the MSM bullhorns 24/7, and 2) engaging/expanding long known immunity enhancing actions, e.g. certain supplements, regular exercise, proper dietary choices, and the like. I know legally you have to include this, but this is one of the reasons we are where we are. Medical practitioners know nothing beyond prescribing drugs. So to continually look to them as "experts" of our precious bodies has taught us to abdicate responsibility for understanding our own body and how it communicates. I know there are a few good integrative docs out there who have made a point to studying nutrition, homeopathy, etc., but most of them rely on the power we give them. We need to step up our commitment to turning to the body for its inherent wisdom. It's not as hard as it sounds, but it can be overwhelming and frightening if we have never done it.
Now we know why Covid was made in a lab and what they put into it.

One thing to keep in mind- most of our supplements ingredients are sourced and made in China. They may be impossible to get if we truly go to war against CCP. Stock up on the most essential.
I think it is fair to say that some of us just realized from the start, both intellectually & intuitively, that the most effective self-protective strategy would be to support/enable optimal immune function by 1) avoiding or opting out of the interventions being shouted through the MSM bullhorns 24/7, and 2) engaging/expanding long known immunity enhancing actions, e.g. certain supplements, regular exercise, proper dietary choices, and the like. At this point, ~3 yrs later, it would appear those have proven to have been effective tactics, even if/when one was exposed to the "shedding" of bio-toxins (of whatever form) from the jabbed. I continue to believe that there is a massive difference between the potential systemic damage resulting from mRNA-induced/endogenously produced spike vs that brought about through exposure via shedding or transmission. That said, it seems to me the unjabbed must remain vigilant and proactive so as not to let one's guard down if you will. Keep on keepin' on with the best tools & practices in other words. No one else can do it for us that's for darn sure.

I agree with sooo much you advocate here. However, because I am a Creationist - I love my Creator God’s amazing design, mercy, help & wisdom. When I stand before Him at the end of my earthly days - it will be to give Him praise, not Mother Nature.

Well the breast feeding part seems to have been affected by the so called vaccines, at least in the trials and non placebo vials. Though I just heard that it may be from vials close, near, or after expiration, so another area that needs more research. Naomi Wolfs team uncovered from the released documents on the breast feeding.
I wonder if a mom who had natural Covid prior to conceiving would pass that immunity on the baby in breastfeeding? Seems possible.
You were pretty clear on natural immunity, so could see you were antivax and all good statements and info in both responses. The pregnant women also seem to have to worry about the shedding factor, as that's where they picked it up from during the trials, I believe there was no other possible conclusion and why they stopped them early. We do really need to learn more on the shedding factor.
You know, from what I read. Women who went for the vax weren't even ASKED if they thought they might be pregnant, BEFORE THEY WERE JABBED!
