maybe the fraud in the trials will vitiate that immunity?

We have to prove 'willful misconduct' to overcome the immunity- shouldn't be that difficult but of course, it will be.

if so, their main defense - ironically - will be to say that 'the FDA saw everything and didn't say they had a problem'

The only option in Canada is a new government which can sue the labs for false and dishonest documents supplied prior to the contracts. My understanding is the immunity does work when there is no fraud and both parties acted in good faith. But this is not the case. There was malignant intent to harm (as we have now the proofs from Pfizer clinical trials).

Individuals don't have a chance and the resources to file in a US federal court but the state has other means of action for compensation.

Based on Pfizer contract, all legal issues have to be dealt in front of a US federal court in the district of New York where Pfizer headquarters are located.

We can only hope and support those who bring a court case forward

Those of you in the US have a better chance in court than we do up here in Canada. All our judges are vaccinated and we all know it's virtually impossible to have a jabbed person admit they were wrong- even when the Pfizer data tells them so. Case in point: one of our pro vax SM docs up here tweeted continuously about how safe the vaccines are. When the Pfizer trial data came out April 1 which in part discusses Pfizer having to hire 1800 additional staff just to process the " large numbers of spontaneous adverse events" , I tweeted that portion to the good doc. He has simply pivoted his narrative to promoting masking for all, now. SMH.

I pray this will be overturned. Too many lives have been lost or damaged, including my husband after the Pfizer poison. They all have to be accountable.

Edward Dowd, ex-Blackrock Portfolio Manager and investor, on Daily Clout podcast talks about how fraud in hiding the shot deaths can nullify Pfizer’s immunity for being sued

This is not entirely true and its a big and important criteria.... unless "fraud can be proven" and this is the only threshold for the original 1986 law as well. And I think this case can be proven and we must start bringing these people to justice.

Do you remember the 1986 attorney general?? Edwin Meese III, the one Mr. Trump gave the medal of honor on the 8th of Oct 2019 and AFTER his Executive Order 13887 (Sep 19th 2019)—Modernizing Influenza Vaccines in the United States To Promote National Security and Public Health

The book 'Game Over' by Heiko Schoening describes a lot about all of it

Is it a Trump's error? Very doubtful. To allow the manufactures of the experimental vax to get away and carry no responsibility for the genocide? This is not an error. Trump was just playing his role.

I believe Trump was mislead by the so-called experts advising him. This is why government/insurance companies should not be dictating how Doctors with integrity are treating their patients. This goes back to the Nuremberg Code.

This is only one of the reasons Trump will never say anything against the vaccines.

Trump was ignorant of the deeply embedded society of the left who ,I believe planned this treachery long ago, they had in mind to takedown civilization and transform it to their liking a world they rule in their image. The image of the beast.A world without God.

Mandated federal employees can receive vaccine injury compensation. Also covered are “accidents while commuting a reasonable distance to and from the vaccination site and slip and fall injuries occurring at the vaccination site.” And, taxpayers pay for this. Shouldn't everyone be given the same coverage? ( https://www.fedweek.com/fedweek/side-effects-of-vaccination-to-be-covered-under-feca )

My hope is that this backfires for Pharma. That since people can't sue them we just go ahead and nationalize them instead. That help drive down insulin prices and much more.

Only way this will be overturned is when the corrupt federal government is overturned...

Americans have already made it painfully clear they are gleefully already on a path to slavery to a criminal government...

And absolutely no one wants to do anything to reverse the inevitable...

If you believe you will end the mandates of vaccinations and the other regulations the government has planned, you are just plain stupid and obviously failed history if you were even given a history class to attended...

The convoys are never going to solve anything...They are being ignored by the media as uneventful and not worthy of coverage...

I'm going to post this here as well

May not be able to sue the Pfizer but thanks to our forefathers in 1792 all ALL government officials; county, state, federal MUST have surety bonds to serve. You can through FOIA request for the name of that insurance company. They have to investigate and if they get enough complaints, they drop the policy. If they pay out and they find negligence; they go after the bearer for the money.
