This is not entirely true and its a big and important criteria.... unless "fraud can be proven" and this is the only threshold for the original 1986 law as well. And I think this case can be proven and we must start bringing these people to justice.

Also covered are “accidents while commuting a reasonable distance to and from the vaccination site and slip and fall injuries occurring at the vaccination site.” And, taxpayers pay for this. My hope is that this backfires for Pharma. That since people can't sue them we just go ahead and nationalize them instead. That help drive down insulin prices and much more.

May not be able to sue the Pfizer but thanks to our forefathers in 1792 all ALL government officials; county, state, federal MUST have surety bonds to serve. You can through FOIA request for the name of that insurance company. They have to investigate and if they get enough complaints, they drop the policy. If they pay out and they find negligence; they go after the bearer for the money.
