My interest in Ukraine begins with my former patients that are immigrants from there (a clue to the fact that life there is not all sweetness and life), but they still have family members there that they care about. You are mistaken. Russia IS still communist. Again, as I have said before, the fall of the Soviet Union was a deception as was told to our own intelligence agents by many KGB defectors, Golitsyn, and Lunev come to mind as does Sergei Tretyakov, aka Comrade J.
It was all a ruse that the West, the U.S., fell for hook, line, and sinker. American businesses flocked to Russia to help build what they thought was a new capitalist and business opportunity, and the Russian Communists laughed all the way to the bank while they took all that money and continued to build up their own military and nuclear missiles and rockets.
