So right Helen, somewhat ashamed to admit but, when feeling unwell my first step is internet and couple of YT doctors I've learnt to trust.
The damage to the profession is enormous. On the positive: so many started to trust themselves and look after their health (food, natural remedies etc) and that in itself is a great thing. Keep free, keep safe.

I actually don't have a doctor and haven't in years. In Canada we have a shortage particularly in British Columbia where I live. Twenty percent of British Columbia's population are without a doctor. Approximately 1 million people. So I basically take care of myself. I was able to avail myself of a surgeon last year because I ended up with 3 breaks in my humerus bone. However after I researched the pros and cons of surgery I elected not to have it. Best decision I ever made. I healed beautifully. The surgeon was supportive of my decision. I think doing our own research and questioning medical protecals is self preservation to be honest. My medicine cabinet looks quite different from most people I know. Hang in there. Thanks for the well wishes. Am on day 3 of a four month escape in our trailer so I have the stay free part in hand and my traveling medicine cabinet in tow.
