I am sorry to say it, my experience with TWC was execrable. So is their customer service and work ethics.

The customer service department sure needs improvement. Being unable to receive a product because of unavailability and having my account charged is one thing, but to ignore the whole thing as if nothing happened is another. I can forgive mistakes, but not ignorance.

Hi Dr. Alexander,

Thank you for sharing this great news! I'm keenly interested in the Content Writer role. Could you please direct me to the appropriate person or department to get more specifics about this position? I'd like to ensure that my application is aligned with the job's requirements.

I would appreciate any direction you can provide. I'm enthusiastic about the possibility of contributing to TWC.

Thank you,

Sarah Zeldman

Question: does this fit the legal definition of having health insurance?

I'm not sure about this, I am reluctant to see my "mainstream HMO" doc,

but I'm not sure where I stand with regards to legally defined "health insurance"

help me out here.

& Thanks
