I think he was saying, please do something to reassure Americans you're not weaponizing the agencies. I'm the first to doubt the sincerity of any of these fools, and the first to ascribe ulterior motive. But I think this is a prima facia case of prima facia!

The raid did not effect his name or reelection. I think it gave him more momentum. It is an ugly precedent though.

This kind of ruling is normal for the same judge to make, they are running the case and must be careful. Mistakes lead to overturning on appeals.
What is not normal is how this person became a judge in the first place.
