ALL of these bills have one common author, “Dr”Richard Pan, State Senator and Big Pharma flunkie who has been the point man for the vaccination tyranny agenda in California for many years now! His office should be occupied by irate constituents! I have NO doubt hes WELL PAID for his constant irrational over the top advocacy!
I believe when a school is federally funded, then they come under HIPAA or FERPA. In other words an outside person or agency has no right to review private records kept by the school. It is understood that the school will keep these records private.
Sorry but you are incorrect. HIPAA has no jurisdiction inside the walls of any school and FERPA was gutted under Obama that allows 3rd parties to have access to student data. I have researched this extensively and fought to restore FERPA to it's original intent. The Obama administration destroyed education and all privacy rights of students. Race To the Top, ESSA and the gutting of FERPA.

I am a SoCal Mom of a vaccine injured child. California elections have been stolen for a long time. We have voted against vaccine laws and to repeal vaccine laws pushed through by Sen. Pan, and long-time Pelosi/Feinstein crime families in politics here. We are fighting for more freedom and less government. Get rid of all Demoncrats. Republican Party here needs an overhaul as well. We support anyone fighting for American Rights and Freedoms. We are beyond PROUD of American Truckers! Thank you Dr. Paul Alexander for speaking the TRUTH about science and health.
A D.C. law like SB866 was recently enjoined by the D.C. federal court, ruling that the law violates the Constitution as well as federal law (the 1986 vaccine law, which has provisions for informed consent by parents). That lawsuit was brought by Del Bigtree’s ICAN organization. Several of these proposals also violate and therefore are preempted by HIPPA. Not to mention the first amendment guarantees of free speech and freedom of the press. Lawsuits will be flying over these proposals.
Way to turn the closure of Washington DC into right action, truckers always rule. CA is worth saving, how can anyone want to kill so many kids and people. Feeling the scales shifting.
