First, I agree that torture makes us as bad as they....this I addressed in a previous comment of an article about one week ago....But I happen to have been in India at the time of that first rape which shook the entire world....and in fact if one still has a subscription to Netflix (which I refuse as Obama is in charge of content) there is a series called DELHI CRIME.....Season One......it is excellently done and it is all about that gang rape, the first one....it is simply horrifying....i think the world governments have given people permission to be as violent as they want in order to divide and conquer us....plus make us so fearful that we will turn to the government....NEVER!!!!!! or at least here in the US....my heart is broken.....i do not know what to say.....violence is everywhere....it is too hard to talk further ...🥲

My immediate sense tells me an old series of midieval punishments ought be metted out in such cases : That of "racking", disembowelment with a giant iron hook, followed by "quartering" and/or beheading. And YES! Let the family members carry it out, if they will, as some may not have the stomach for carrying out such an execution. At minimum allow them to witness it. Indeed, such a punishment is severe (to say the least), yet the crime committed was equally gruesome. Some sense of deterrence must be established in the minds of the would be evil barbarians that roam among us. And let the punishment stand for anybody, regardless of socio-economic status, nationality and so on. Such evil miscreants, once proven guilty, ought be culled from society.
