Many saw images of young men in the area pushing back against police and hoped that was as bad as the reaction would get.

Sarah Everard was seen by a Police Officer to not be wearing a mask.
The Police Officer then arrested her, raped her, murdered her and incinerated the body.

Afterwards, when their fellow cop was arrested and women held a vigil for the murdered woman, angry cops attacked the vigil, brutalizing women for not backing the blue and for instead objecting to a cop raping and murdering a woman.
