Not true, USA does a small tiny-bit of world wide patents on these materials, lots of country allow patents on the virus in live or inactive state, so long as you label it as a vaccine;
When somebody find a new sars-cov combination that stay's alive, they patent shop, find a country where it can be patented, then if somebody try's to make it they can enforce the patent in INTL court, most will pay to play

This turns the world upside down. Luc Montagnier's analysis of the HIV insertions on the "Spike" must be bullshit because doesn't no virus mean no spike? And the idea of the non-existent "pandemic" going on for 100 years because mass vaccination in a pandemic causes the virus to evolve new variants and potentially become more lethal doesn't seem to fit any more either if there never was a virus or a pandemic.
