Toll roads are best known for collecting tolls for using them, not monitoring or tagging anything, FWIW. In my experience in using the Pennsylvania turnpike, if they monitor the condition of it, they don't do anything to improve it. My uncle used to be a state representative from Altoona and when he was visiting my father in Denver, and I got time off the longhaul truck to visit my folks,he asked me which state had the worst roads. I told him that he should know that, as a state rep in that state. I guess he flew to Denver...
Lol. ;) It's good to laugh than cry right now. One friend I didn't know well, told her to not take them. She's 70 and was a cancer survivor and oncologist told her to take them. 1 year cancer free (bowel ) and 4 months later after shots, liver cancer. I can't say much now.

Actually it is sort of like a toll road. They monitor and tag everything that goes by them that they identify as deserving attention.
