I would say "call the FBI" and that's what I did when I ran a large high traffic website and one of my engineers found this trash on our servers. We took whatever resources were necessary and cleaned it all out. It's the most disturbing and disgusting stuff and I thought I was pretty tough having processed the crime scene film for my local sheriff when I was in college. You can't unsee the look on those innocent children's faces....
FBI at the time (20 years ago) was very good and professional. People were arrested and went to prison.
Now, I'm not so sure, they seem to be protecting the CCP and those wanting to inject everyone with their experiments.
They may be government run honeypot accounts. It's far easier to secure a guilty plea or conviction by setting up someone rather than prosecuting actual crimes that may be too complicated for a jury to understand.
