-World Military Games held in Wuhan China in October 2019. Oddly, US competitors didn’t medal- many were sick with flu-like symptoms. Wuhan in October is like Chicago today (biggest travel season of the year at the crossroads of the nation).
-if someone wanted to spread an illness it would be very difficult to find a better place and time.
-using (abusing) soldiers to spread disease worked swell in 1918 too.
