In the early 1800s when the public was pressured into taking the first vaccine and boosters every five years, existing, rare, and previously non-existent cancers began increasing at an alarming rate. More recently, allegedly rare and aggressive ones began increasing in perfectly heathy people across ages in 2020 or reappeared in those in full remission. The insanity going on pushed many diagnoses and/or treatments into the next year.
I've been following the stories of various cancer sufferers diagnosed since 2020. Oncologists have been saying they've never seen these situations before. I think they've been misdiagnosing and mistreating blood clots and/or autoimmune responses as cancer. None of them have made any sense.
When a full body scan has been done to check if the "cancer" has spread, imaging usually shows spots in their brain and often times elsewhere. Without taking a biopsy, doctors automatically assumed it's all cancer. Can't be anything else.

Rather spend your money on eating decent food you make from scratch than fake supplements.
I gave up on them twenty years ago.
Lean meat, chicken, fish.
Pasta is also good.
Vegetables like broccoli, carrots.
Tomatoes, onions.
Garlic too.
Fresh fruits.
Squeeze half a glass of fresh orange juice each and every morning.
Water is necessary. Say 1 litre a day.
Some red wine and spirits in moderation to take the edge off after a long day.
Exercise moderately twice/three times a week.
Get at least 6 hours sleep a night.
And get outdoors as much as you can.
Take care of work stress and stay away from the "end is nigh" negative people. "Misery loves company".
There's still so much beauty in this world, but many would have you think the apocalypse is coming within the next week.

Then stop the worrying because it will just paralyse you and you'll sit there like a schmuck not knowing what to do next.
Everything you do today will affect tomorrow.
