I do not understand the paragraph that states if you are not C-19 vaccinated don't get the flu vaccine because it will increase the risk of ADEl.I can't find in the article what that is.Could you possibly clarify?
If you have not taken the shot, your immune system by this time will be great and deal with it. ADEI is antibody dependent enhancement of infection. Where the antibodies actually enhance infection in the vaccinated. If you took the flu vaccine, your immune response will be fixated and primed and immune imprinting will occur based on the viral strains etc. Antibodies will be to those strain (s). Avian influenza (AI) is low but possibly emerging, as per WHO. If proven true, and you are exposed to AI including vulnerable elderly, their immune imprinting will be to the influenza vax strains and not the AI. One could get ill from AI as the antibodies will not be for AI. The immune response (vaccinal antibodies) based on original antigenic sin will be primed and prejudiced to the influenza strains in the vaccine.
Am I understanding correctly that if the wrong strains are predicted for the flu vaccine then it is worse if someone has taken the vaccine and contracts the strain not in the vaccine than if a person is vaccine free. So again vaccinating health care workers is problematic?I always thought the flu vaccine was super low risk.

Have been reading about the risks to people with eczema if they receive or are even in contact with people who had the ACAM2000 smallpox vaccine. This sounds like a far worse problem than covid.
