Every April I call a family member's neurologist to make an annual appointment for June.
This year, I was told in April that there is no available appointment (even for a long-time patient) until September.
When I mentioned we've always been able to schedule a June appointment in April, the receptionist told me, "I have no idea why, but we've never had so many new patients!"
My heart is so touched by this as I am an old battle weary nurse and all these young faces remind me of how excited I was to be doing something so amazing with my life when I first started my career. I believe they cannot have died in vane and I pray for God Goddess to give us the most loving solution to how we can remember them and help their families to cope with such tragedy!! We really need a courageous District Attorney in the same jurisdiction as one or more of these vax victims to investigate and assemble a grand jury. Or a family member of one of the victims could sue, I assume they'd have "standing" to prove damages.
