I am working with publisher as to my cost as I would have to purchase the books & send to new upgraded annual or founding member paid members; I WILL need mailing addresses
As I am already an annual subscriber, your generous offer does not apply to me Dr. A, plus I was planning to order the book soon anyway. I am wondering though, what would help you more, purchasing the book outright or gifting an annual sub to someone on my list? I'm thinking the latter so I will do that. I will pre order a copy ... I’m pleased to support you. I never ordered Scott Atlas’s or Birx’s books, partly just too many books. This one looks a bit different. It will be illuminating no doubt. The Manchurian Candidate business is weirding me out. But I should NOT be surprised. THAT is the problem! What used to be “Oh C’mon!” turns out to be exasperating truth. As they say “You can’t make this stuff up!” My commitment is to bug my Congressmen without mercy ... even the Dems. Actually, they are ALL Dems!

The most salient bit of the book is learning how Berks took the information she got from the States, “color-coded“ it, and sent that same information back to the States.  according to the book, she’s a festering turd of a human being (my phrasing).

Dr. Alexander, I will make a suggestion here - You could make it Free and have the receiver just pay the shipping/handling charge with their upgraded subscription, then you're not cutting yourself short, as you are paying for the book. It is your call...

I think the price of the e-book is a little on the high side: $19.99. $14.99 would probably be a reasonable compromise between you and your publisher and your co-authors.
My buying habits suggest a price of $9.99 puts an e-book solidly in my “will probably buy“ price range. Anything less then $5 is an impulse, “take my money” purchase. 
Also, the question is who is your ideal reader: someone in Congress or a lot of us Regular Joes (to put pressure on politicians in the Court of Public Opinion)?
