If you want to lose weight, eat right and exercise and drink plenty of water. I can't believe how many overweight people there are in the US and I know it isn't all from eating bad food, theres something in the food thats got to be causing this, but taking drugs to lose weight is the wrong way to go about it.

My husband was on trulicity because of diabetes, for a year and a half, he started having stomach issues, constipation, vomiting, severe belching that smelled like sewage. He went to three hospitals, spoke with several doctors and nurses, not one of them knew about the side affects of trulicity. He lost 100 lbs, he was weak, and dizzy, he kept falling over. I made him stop taking it and after 4 months he is fine. He gained some weight back, he looks healthy and feels normal again.

Big Pharma is working on new shots to get injected with and new pills to pop that will mimic the effects of a vigorous workout or playing sport while you lie on the couch and drink bud lights. You won't need to do a Damar Hamlin on the sports field after getting a booster. No need to risk the effects of real exercise on your myocarditis. You can experience commotio cordis while watching The Simpsons.

Drug that mimics exercise triggers weight loss and builds lean muscle

Another drug with no safety studies or long term effects studies. I think people, Should sit down and talk to their doctors, what the hell crap are you giving people. Is this a continuation of killing the population?

Doctors have no clue. The asthma doctor wanted to give me an injection for my asthma and when I asked about the side effects, safety studies, ingredients, etc, I was told if I wanted to feel better I would follow their recommendation and stop asking questions. I have met gone back and doctor myself, because this is how all the asthma doctors I’ve had where I live are. I want to know what I’m putting into my body and they can’t answer my questions so they try to make you feel stupid.

I gain a lot of weight in my pregnancies. 80 plus pounds. Here is what I do. I call it two thirds, one third. Two third of my plate is fruit and veg. One third. Whatever I want. Potatoes are in the one third. And 30 minutes of activity a day. Increasing in intensity and alternating to body tolerance. Walk if that's what you've got. Salad dressng oil is in the two third. The only other rule is that you have to finish all the fruit and veg first. It is amazing because you end up craving beef and fruit. There are no restrictions. Nothing off limit. Fried chicken burger candy bar has to fit in your plate in the ratio. You end up teaching yourself to like healthy foods. Maybe you want eggs and a small piece of toast as the one third. Every time you eat you have to plate up the veg. Keep forensic fruit and veg to quickly microwave and add to salad. Look it's no ultra virtuous diet. Coffee crisp is on it. But you will get amazing results. You want more pasta you have to add
