The USA uses hospitals to cull its hordes, places where people traditionally went to convalesce, now if you go there they accelerate your death;
So where do people go? Just stay home & die like long ago?
In actuality that is how all of ASIA operates, once hospital doctor announce your terminal, most people just go home and wait to die, at least they're not alone and they're with people that love them at home, and their estate doesn't get bankrupted like in the USA, where they keep the dead alive, until the patients family is bankrupt or the insurance policy is kaput;
