After alpha I had POTS, heartbeat irregularity, diarrhea, etc and weird bruising. I looked up vagus nerve breathing exercises on YouTube and it totally helped. I was 100% after 3 months.

I would consult a YouTube video long before consulting a licensed medical professional!

Long before...

that's great!

Dr. Campbell just threw in the towel. He has had enough of the vaccine BS

I STILL don't have my taste/smell back 100% since having Delta over a year ago. It's very frustrating!

I’ve lost 65 lbs unintentionally since having it Dec 2020. My body is wasting away and all tests are clear for any cancer. I’m miserable. God Speed to all.

Can you seek out a Naturapathic doctor? They have a way of finding root causes to disease and other issues. I'm sorry you are struggling. I'm sure it's scary.

Thank you. I have some naturopathy docs near me but in my case I’m afraid the cost is too much from what I’ve researched. Unfortunately insurance doesn’t cover the costs. Unreal. It’s like I’m forced to see Docs who live on another planet- they stare at me like I’m crazy. Spike protein poison? This woman is insane. Truly believe internal medicine and general practitioners have NO CLUE about any of this and if they do...they are harming their patients by not helping them navigate through the truth. I have 0 respect for the medical industry now because of all this. I know I’m not alone.

I understand about the cost. However, in your case it is probably worth the cost. I see 2 different naturapathic docs. One charges me $90 for a full hour. She also let's me do bloodwork at labs that accept my insurance to keep costs down. The other doctor charged $275 for the initial appt bit uses a sliding scale after that based on how long he spends with me, AND I can do tele-health apps for both which is nice. It might be worth calling around and reading reviews. Most N.M.D's also hate the shots. That was the first question my newest one asked me. "Did you get the covid vaccines?" And when I said, no, he said, "GOOD! Don't get them, we are seeing all kinds of problems in patients as a result."

Me either! It’s so annoying!

Have you tried waking things up by sniffing essential oils? I’ve also heard Brian Ardis say his wife got her smell back in two days after chewing nicotine gum.

Expand full comment

I've tried both. Neither worked for me.

Well dang. What about low dose naltrexone? It lowers inflammation. If inflammation of the cranial nerve (whichever one it is?) is causing your loss of smell, it may help?

Expand full comment

Yep, tried that too. Didn't help with taste and smell at all. Actually was taking that when I got covid.

I have been wondering for quite a while now the ratio of jabbed vs unjabbed among Long Covid sufferers ??? My perception has been that nearly all Long Covid sufferers have taken at least one jab, typically more than one, thus their bodies have been manufacturing spike protein and experiencing the toxic, pathogenic impact of the spike protein effectively spreading unchecked throughout their bodies. The few Long Covid sufferers I know personally have ALL been injected, multiple times plus boosters.

Expand full comment

Before the jab...there were people who got the earlier strains of covid and yes..they have long covid. (some have recovered...some have not). The symptoms of these folks mirror the symptoms of the people damaged by the covid jab. I've been following FB groups for these hurt people.

it's because they are both damaged by spike proteins.

Remember when they used to give live virus vaccines and they realized it was a mistake because some people would actually catch the virus from the vax? Well, history repeats itself because this new vaccine has the body make spike proteins...and some people end up with a terrible case of spike proteins

I think way more people are hurt by the covid vax now then actual covid. Because covid isn't as strong. And because Germany opened up covid long haul clinics and they were shocked when they had a long list of patients...but all from the covid shot....not covid.

But if you read people's complaints on both sides...they are the same.

And there's a new group people who got the covid vax and were fine..and then got covid and now have long haul.

The body hates spike proteins.

Nope I had long Covid. No jabs.

Covid does not exist except in the fake "vaccines". You were probably around someone who was jabbed and shedding.

LDN (low dose naltrexone) is helpful in many ways for my pain and fatigue issues. It also reduces inflammation. It’s worth trying to find someone willing to prescribe it.

But shots are "safe and effective" 🤔🤔🤔🤔.

might damage to this nerve have been responsible for the cases of loss of taste/smell? is there a correlation of loss of taste/smell in the initial disease to a more lengthy symptomatic ‘post Covid syndrome’?

Mine hasn't been fully restored since having covid October 2021. Right now I'm working with a Naturapathic doctor who specializes in homeopathic remedies. Nat Mur is slowly helping.

found this interesting that the author talks about (near the end) his experience with nicotine gum in restoration of his sense of smell:

I tried nicotine gum for a few weeks and it didn't work for me.

I believe I read that is inflammation to the cranial nerve that controls taste and smell?

Hear you completely on this. Above all, and as you mentioned, the spike protein (though there are important differences betw those encountered with initial infection vs those generated by the mRNA or adeno jab versions) is the #1 suspect throughout the entire scope & span of this phenomenon. Robt. Malone was jabbed early on and experienced Long Haul in a pretty big way as he has mentioned a number of times. A closely related family member of mine has only recently come out of an extended period (>2 yrs) of debilitation, she too was multiple injected. But I have not come across any definitive data that might provide a relative % of jabbed vs unjabbed who have been so diagnosed. The possibility of vagus nerve damage as suggested in this article is another intriguing piece of the puzzle, one day we may ultimately come to a more complete picture & understanding. One thing is for sure though, this is evil through & through...

Aren’t these the same symptoms as histamine intolerance? I and several other people I know have developed this post covid. Unvaccinated.

Expand full comment

There is no virus. There is a bioweapon that is a biosynthetic parasite being injected as a "vaccine".

Sorry to hear you too have been dealing with the extended form but thank you for sharing this!

This is what the people on the LC FB pages have been saying is the problem...damage to the vagus nerve. I think someone said humming helped? I need to read more about it.
