I don't know but I saw many people on Substack and Twitter remarking on the possibility before Tucker did. He picked up on what many were saying and put it out there more publicly. I occasionally point out to friends that the US seems to be making no attempt at peace talks and seemed to egg the violence in the Ukraine on from the start - no attempt to prevent it, no attempt to stop it, lots of attempts to escalate it. No matter how bad the aggressor in a conflict is, in the past the US has usually attempted to bring parties together and work for peace, even though such talks often fail. There isn't any attempt at all to end this, and it is the people of the Ukraine that are caught in the middle of global political games.
