With more than half the population of Earth already "vaccinated", it's far too late to stop what the virus is doing by just stopping the Shot Program now. Too many immune systems already contain some antibodies against the original Wuhan strain AND subsequent variants that people have already encountered, and with their spike-damaged immune systems unable to wipe out whatever SARS-CoV-2 viruses they pick up ("non-neutralizing"), the mutations will continue with nothing to stop them. AND with so many people with useless immune systems, it is impossible for a population to ever achieve "herd immunity", or at least untill most of the "vaccinated" die off, leaving mostly unvaxxed people whose immune systems actually work! The irony is that the countries with the lowest uptake of the shots, DO now have pretty good herd immunity. Countries like South Africa (with low vaxx rate) where Omicron first turned up, last I heard are done with it.
A question I asked on one of Steve Kirsch's substack articles which no-one could answer was about immune efficiency and it was this. If we keep spraying the likes of Xlear nasal spray daily and hence do not succumb to airborne viruses on the whole does that mean our immune systems are not getting enough of a workout and therefore it is not good policy to use all the time?
I only use nose sprays like Xlear or iodine spray if I am flying on an airplane or in a very crowded situation where exposure would be elevated or if I'm coming down with something. Otherwise I'm just living my life normally. As you ask, I think we are supposed to be constantly stimulating our immune system. That's just my opinion

I am hoping someone with the right scientific background like Geert Vanden Bossche can give a definitive answer on this. Would be good to know now we are all budding immunologists/virologists etc

We have seen this play out before our eyes. My elderly mother in law who lives in a senior center independent living. This facility has locked down repeatedly due to outbreaks of Covid. They are all double vaxed and double boosted. Why can’t they see it doesn’t stop the virus’s spread. All this does is continue to perpetuate fear. Fear does even more damage to the immune system. Fear has done more damage than Covid ever will.
