I think there is legitimate confusion about National anything these days... not making excuses for disrespectful players.... the National Anthem belonged to the USA, which was taken over by a CIA coup in 1963, November 22. The coup was strengthened by the assassination of MLK & RFK and again bolstered on 9/11.
WIth the selection of the Dog King, Pedo Joe, the Eagle fell and it will not get up. Now, we all get to watch the crash precipitated by the coup leaders as it is ther desire to lock us up, lock us down and lock us away (6 ft under).
Their plans will fail but many will suffer in the process. Their plans have been failing (CoV2 was meant to kill billions)
So when we sing the National Anthem today... is it with nostalgia for once was or what might be in the future. Butas I said, the Eagle has fallen - we are being occupied by traitors and Dog Kings and they will not be missed when they are gone but how many lives will they destroy on their way out?
I just told my husband the same thing . Do NOT give them any recognition . I personally am sick of people being rewarded for bad behavior & blatant disrespect for this country .

At my local Vfw( veterans of foreign war) if you don’t stand for the national anthem or God bless America, you are shunned gently but firmly, southern style. Takes weeks to regain trust!
