Stone believes that the great hope of the RINOS and NeverTrumpers, Brian Kemp, who they want to seek the nomination and take on Trump, now that DeSanctus is circling the drain, most likely stole the Georgia election from her.
Stone believes that Kemp, who is backing Fanni Willis' prosecution of Trump in Georgia, doesn't want anyone looking too closely into the election in Georgia in case they find that he rigged his own election and that he and other RINOS are up to their eyeballs in rigging the presidential election for Biden.
Stone's assessment has to be taken seriously.
Just because we don't like Stacey Abrams does not mean that she didn't win or that RINOS would not work to rig elections or help Dems rig elections.
