I suspect there are better ways to reach people but for some reason, the bright people studying these techniques of mind penetration are not putting out the work that could make a difference. It's too easy to say "they" are to blame for their lack of involvement, yet each person can contribute even small observations and maybe even suggestions to advance our solubility of such problems as we believe to exist. I'm absolutely sure each town, no matter how small, has a few citizens that realize that town can be mobilized to study and concoct ways to improve matters via enhanced understanding of the problems individuals of said town can acquire. I know too many people who simply refuse to see the total ugliness and devastation planned for THEM at the world level. If all politics is local, it would appear the groundswell has to originate from smaller entities, not major media which is worthless and traitorous.
