Vigano, I believe, has been spot-on in his commentary since the Floyd Riots, the start of the violent phase of this revolution.
All true, but to clarify, Russia did NOT 'dissolve' the Minsk agreement. The Zelensky-led regime refused to abide to the agreement and was escalating its attacks against the 'rebel's' in the Donbass who refused to accept rule by the illegitimate government which gained control by coup in 2014. Russia recognized that 7 years of attempts to get Germany and France to pressure Ukraine's regime to comply were fruitless and futile. The Minsk agreement was already dead.
