Wow! It is unsettling to read your words, especially knowing by their actions, a huge percentage of those within the halls of our own government actually hate America as much as those who call for our deaths in other lands. This build up of hatred for our citizenry has been on display since the evil one took the residency claiming his goal was to “fundamentally transform America.”
As the daughter of a beautiful, intelligent, woman who voluntarily served in WWII as a WAVE, I often wonder what she would have to say about the world today and my own position within it. With her strong relationship with Christ and belief in the biblical wisdom available to us all, I’m positive she would advise me to continue to put my trust in THE ONE ☝️ to provide me with discernment in all matters, and the way in which I should go, to be a light in the darkness for those who feel hopeless and who are depending upon the follies of mere men. It is true. Only “Christ is the way, the truth, and the life!”
No matter how this chapter in human history ends, through Jesus, we are all offered a chance to be redeemed and to have everlasting life in and through Him. It only makes sense to live in love no matter what others say or do. As Paul wrote to the church in Corinth:

Reading that you found your Mom’s Bible with her hand written personal notes in the margins is... so priceless! My Mom’s Bible was there in her lap twenty-four hours a day as she moved between the standard hard seated wheelchair and an old uncomfortable reclining chair that served as her bed since it was too painful for her to lay down. When she died, I made it known I wanted her Bible but heartbreakingly, all of her belongings were removed from our family home to never be seen again. To just have been able to even hold that which was so priceless to her would have meant the world to me! As many moons have passed since she “slipped the surly bonds of earth to touch the face of God”, I am content knowing that it was within the pages of her Bible that she prayed non stop for us and taught all six of her children to revere the Lord in all things so that all may go well with us throughout our own lives! Not one of her prayers were lost on any of us! 🤗
