Was it just by chance that the five states that usually struggle most to balance their budgets (required in the US by most state constitutions) had the biggest die offs in the nursing homes in 2020 (NY, NJ, MI, CA, PA)?

The Guvs of these 5 states had one other thing in common: a letter "D" after their names: Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D-NY) Gov. Phil Murphy (D-NJ) Gov. Gavin Newsom (D-CA) Gov. Gretchen Whitmer (D-Michigan) Gov. Tom Wolf (D-PA)

The "D" is an important fact. It's often overlooked or forgotten. But it needs to be pointed out any time this comes up for the sake of completemess. (I'm beyond disgusted by BOTH parties.) Still, it needs to be said they all have a letter "D" after their names. Because it's a fact.

The "D" guvs were also the WORST when it came to suppressing access to HCQ. They threatened doctors and pharmacists with loss of their professional licenses if they prescribed or dispensed HCQ.

Guilty. Of. Mass. Murder.

Great....They are going to do a review now. They didn't do the proper trials on the

It's not going to put Frauchi and his gang in prison. Hope Frauchi's prison one day soon will be burning in the fire of HELL. Frauchi always said that we

Americans do to much Independent thinking! The nerve!

If nothing else, this entire COVID fiasco has exposed weaknesses in our government. We have bureaucratic people making “laws” and preventing you and I from accessing public information. Bureaucrats are running agencies while creating new responsibilities without defined oversight. Why can’t we have full access to any information regarding COVID? Where does it say we can’t? ANSWER:

Nowhere!!! Those restrictions are developed at the public service level... not at the Congressional level.

The problem is, Fredo said he will not apologize for what he did thru the plandemic, he said he didn't know any better at the time, so Im sorry but he can literally go fuck himself. People died thanks to him and others.

Is bill barr on your list of horesmen? They all knew and did nothing to stop it:

https://www.justice.gov/opa/pr/department-justice-requesting-data-governors-states-issued-covid-19-orders-may-have-resulted

Today the Justice Department requested COVID-19 data from the governors of states that issued orders which may have resulted in the deaths of

thousands of elderly nursing home residents. New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Michigan required nursing homes to admit COVID-19 patients to

their vulnerable populations, often without adequate testing.

For example, on March 25, 2020, New York ordered: “No resident shall be denied re-admission or admission to [a nursing home] solely based on a

confirmed or suspected diagnosis of COVID-19. [Nursing homes] are prohibited from requiring a hospitalized resident who is determined medically

stable to be tested for COVID-19 prior to admission or readmission.”

“Protecting the rights of some of society’s most vulnerable members, including elderly nursing home residents, is one of our country’s most

important obligations,” said Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights Division Eric Dreiband. “We must ensure they are adequately cared for with

dignity and respect and not unnecessarily put at risk.”

According to the Centers for Disease Control, New York has the highest number of COVID-19 deaths in the United States, with 32,592 victims, many of

them elderly. New York’s death rate by population is the second highest in the country with 1,680 deaths per million people. New Jersey’s death

rate by population is 1,733 deaths per million people – the highest in the nation. In contrast, Texas’s death rate by population is 380 deaths per

million people; and Texas has just over 11,000 deaths, though its population is 50 percent larger than New York and has many more recorded cases of

COVID-19 – 577,537 cases in Texas versus 430,885 cases in New York. Florida’s COVID-19 death rate is 480 deaths per million; with total deaths of

10,325 and a population slightly larger than New York.

And what about letitia james, what did she know?

https://ag.ny.gov/press-release/2021/attorney-general-james-releases-report-nursing-homes-response-covid-19

A larger number of nursing home residents died from COVID-19 than DOH data reflected;

Lack of compliance with infection control protocols put residents at increased risk of harm;

Nursing homes that entered the pandemic with low U.S. Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services (CMS) Staffing ratings had

higher COVID-19 fatality rates;

Insufficient personal protective equipment (PPE) for nursing home staff put residents at increased risk of harm;

Insufficient COVID-19 testing for residents and staff in the early stages of the pandemic put residents at increased risk of

harm;

The current state reimbursement model for nursing homes gives a financial incentive to owners of for-profit nursing homes to

transfer funds to related parties (ultimately increasing their own profit) instead of investing in higher levels of staffing and

PPE;

Lack of nursing home compliance with the executive order requiring communication with family members caused avoidable pain and

distress; and

Government guidance requiring the admission of COVID-19 patients into nursing homes may have put residents at increased risk

of harm in some facilities and may have obscured the data available to assess that risk.

Failing to properly isolate residents who tested positive for COVID-19;

Failing to adequately screen or test employees for COVID-19;

Demanding that sick employees continue to work and care for residents or face retaliation or termination;

Failing to train employees in infection control protocols; and

Failing to obtain, fit, and train caregivers with PPE.

https://www.osc.state.ny.us/press/releases/2022/03/dinapoli-states-pandemic-response-nursing-homes-hindered-ill-prepared-state-agency

https://www.osc.state.ny.us/files/state-agencies/audits/pdf/sga-2022-20s55.pdf

Key audit findings:

DOH understated the number of nursing home deaths due to COVID-19 by at least 4,100, and at times during the pandemic by more than 50%. A

timeline included in the audit details the inaccurate death counts reported by DOH. When questioned by auditors, DOH officials could not explain

the discrepancies. Auditors found the Executive routinely reported incorrect data, inflating the perception of New York’s performance against

other states.

DOH was slow to respond to a federal directive to conduct surveys of nursing homes for infection control problems, surveying just 20% of

facilities between March 23 and May 30, 2020, compared with over 90% for some other states. DOH had to hire temporary employees to conduct nursing

home surveys during the pandemic because it was understaffed. DOH issued 602 violations from these surveys; however, for 413 (69%) of them there

was no indication that the deficiency was corrected.

While DOH collects data on a range of issues including infections, DOH does not use it broadly to detect breakouts, geographic trends, and

emerging infectious diseases or to shape its infection control policies. It also relies heavily on self-reported data from nursing homes. Auditors

found that data from one of DOH’s key informational systems was not complete nor reliable, and found that DOH was aware of this problem long

before the pandemic and had committed to resolve it. However, DOH never followed through on the corrective actions, which may have limited its

ability to respond to the COVID-19 nursing home crisis.

DOH imposed impediments on the audit, including delaying requested data, limiting auditors’ contact with program staff, not addressing

auditors’ questions during meetings, and not providing supporting documentation. These are not routine actions by state agencies undergoing an

Office of the State Comptroller audit and raise serious concerns about the control environment at DOH.

This is all part of the largest mass treason event in human history.

BOOM, so correct petzanpz, these beasts used our elderly and nursing homes as KILLING FIELDS of cambodia, they killed our grand parents, parents, in hospital, in nursing homes...in Canada, 80-90% of those who died died in nursing homes, Ontario is near 90%...how come? what Cuomo did was monstrous and we must not forget him and ensure we hold him to account...yes Trump is the ONLY answer today and he has to fix all the wrongs done then and planned now...what we lived through was hell and they are not done.

Here's more stunning info that they all knew:

https://www.forbes.com/sites/theapothecary/2020/05/26/nursing-homes-assisted-living-facilities-0-6-of-the-u-s-population-43-of-u-s-covid-19-deaths/

Let that sink in: 42% of all COVID-19 deaths are taking place in facilities that house 0.62% of the U.S. population.

And 42% could be an undercount. States like New York exclude from their nursing home death tallies those who die in a hospital, even if they were

originally infected in a long-term care facility. Outside of New York, more than half of all deaths from COVID-19 are of residents in long-term

care facilities.

70% of COVID-19 deaths in Ohio, 69% in Pennsylvania

Prior to last week, Ohio reported that 41% of COVID deaths were taking place in long-term care facilities. But updated disclosures last Friday,

taking deaths prior to April 15 into account, upped that share to 70%.

In Minnesota, 81% of all COVID-19 deaths are of nursing home and residential care home residents. The region from the eastern seaboard from

Virginia to New Hampshire has been especially hard-hit.

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/17JmyFzOd3ZEYCGpP0mK5lS_P10yPgCuYF8PYALKuTs8/edit#gid=0

2.1 million Americans are over 65 and living in nursing homes or assisted living facilities representing: 0.62% 0.74% of the U.S. population.

There are five different categories of long-term care providers, of which nursing homes is one subtype.

Some states report COVID-19 deaths for nursing homes specifically; others disclose some combination of long-term care deaths (usually including

assisted living facilities).

For more information, read https://www.cdc.gov/nchs/data/series/sr_03/sr03_43-508.pdf

Nursing homes a.k.a. skilled nursing facilities or SNFs (24 residents per 1000 aged 65 or over) include 24-hour supervision, nursing care, 3

meals a day, and assistance with activities of daily living.

Nursing home residents are usually those recently discharged from a hospital, or those with chronic physical, medical, or mental conditions

requiring long-term, 24-hour supervision.

Assisted living facilities a.k.a. residential care communities or personal care homes (15/1000 ≥65) offer meals and assistance with activities of

daily living, but do not have full-time medical care on-site.

Adult day service centers (4/1000 ≥65) are designed as a day-only alternative to full-fledged nursing homes, and are usually open only during

normal business hours.

Home health agencies (76/1000 ≥65), another alternative to nursing homes or SNFs, offer health care services in a patient's home.

Hospices (28/1000 ≥65) are residential facilities designed for people with terminal illnesses (e.g. those with 6 months or less to live).
